Laura Hall - HANDS
Does home visits and provides support for first time parents. She assists with giving tips on parenting and answering any questions they may have. Laura assigns one of our experienced Family Support Workers who will be a wealth of information and knowledge. she also serves as a resource person when parents need additional assistance.

Kristy Swanagan- HANDS
Is a Parent Visitor and a Family Support Worker in the HANDS program. She gets to meet new parents and expecting parents and learns what they need in order to be ready for their new baby. Years at the Health Department: Began October 2013

Brenda Barney-Howe - HANDS
Works as a Family Support Worker. She assists parents in finding ways to prepare for their new baby and have a great experience in the important first year of their baby’s life. Years at the Health Department: Began November 2012
