Cardiovascular Program-
We monitor blood pressures,
check cholesterol levels and provide nutrition

Pregnancy
Testing- This service is provided to all women.
Newborn
Blood Screening- Blood test used on all newborns to
check for metabolic disorders, such as PKU.
Well Child
Exams- We offer childhood physicals that include
physical and development evaluation, as well as, hearing
and vision screening for income eligible clients.
School
Physicals- We provide physicals for children in the
Kentucky School System in the following situations: Headstart, Kindergarten, 6th grade, and initial entry to
Kentucky schools.
Tuberculosis- We provide TB skin tests for the general
public, occupational requirements, and contacts of
persons with tuberculosis.
Sexually
Transmitted diseases- We provide testing, counseling,
and treatment of STD's.
HIV/AIDS-
The health department provides confidential and
anonymous testing for high-risk individuals. Counseling
regarding risks and prevention that is available are
also offered
