Community Health Education is an outreach service whereby health department personnel provide health related education and information in community settings such as a school, a senior center, a church, or other community/civic group or organization.

Grief Counseling is available to families who have suffered the loss of a child due to miscarriage, Sudden Death Syndrome, stillbirth or other causes.

Vital Statistics- Forms are available to order certified copies of birth and death certificates from the Vital Statistics Office in Frankfort, Kentucky.
